Why Our Country will not developed

Good Morning

I am writing a Article on "Why Our Country will not developed".Since i love my country so much due to this i am some how hesitate to write this Article but some time it is requirement to show your fillings because this is totally related to my self and all Researches all over India. In Current scenario its really 100% fact and reflections of our current education system from Top to down and down to Top.

I have been listening since 2000 our country will developed till 2020. I was met with Dr Clam sir in 2006 at that time i was doing the job in S/W company and when Dr Kalam sir said we have so much knowledge we have required believe on our self  to do that no one country have such good men power we are so laborious. Now in 2011 we are totally out of phase from our line and very difficult to achieved our target.

Why not:

1. China,Korea,Japan is investing money on researcher our country India investing on IPL 

2. You know Indian State given Prize of money from Education Fund.

3. Time required for salary hike foe politician is 10 hrs Scholarship increment required 10 month (Till Pending)

4. 90% PhD or Research Scholar is doing PhD is relative of guide or with any other Jake.

5.100 % Faculty is doing job in NIT and IIT has been not transferred since last 25 yrs or more. In my view IIT and NIT is home institute of technology.

6. Scholarship in India is 14000Rupees in other country 14000 dollar.
